    World

The water is still, the air has a chill, the sky is blue, the grass is green, sometimes life dont mean a thing, as the bird tweet, my house floor squeak, my time is near, my mind takes off into the atmosphere,my dream is only one, my fear is always two but even if i dream or fear i always think of you but thats just our world filled of twist and twirls, the flowers always blossoms like a beautiful day in autumn, the leaves in fall is so bright you can gaze and stare but it will always be a beautiful sight, the people are moving but my mind is still, my heart is frozen against my own will, when i look into the sky i see sadness, when i look again i think of my family in heaven, the world is almost over the time is near dont take it as a joke, but take it as a thrill.`

I agree with lucky62 about the stanza. It is really good, lots of emotion

Your poem is good as far as word choice goes however to make it sing I would change it's format you know seperate it into stanza's like this: The water is still, the air has a chill The sky is blue the grass is green Sometimes life don't mean a thing, Do it like this and you will have a finer poem

Poetry comes nearer to vital truth than history.
