    30 Second War

You walked me to your door
Still naked after we made love
    Handed me your umbrella
As I started to button up
    Smile a smile so sweet
    That angels must have cavities
Your sleepy eyes see the wooden floor
As you say to me, how bout us
How bout 30 seconds more before we look up
Because the sky it likes to fall on those who trust
And we're absolutely amateurs in love
We don't need 30 seconds more
To know what we're here for
The day I lost the 30 second war
