    Poem Commentary

This poem I wrote to my mother, after hearing her tell me how she had been praying for me and brother. God is very well working in both of our lives. Faith is a major part of spirituality. I am very thankful for her prayers

    A Mothers Faith

She closes her eyes at night
As she prays in her quite place
She has the moisture of her tears
Running down the side of her face

She has been praying for so long
For her children they keep on falling
She is doing everything that she can
"O Lord can you hear her calling"

She feels every pain that they feel
She spends so much time on her knee's
And when she closes her eyes
Your vision is what she See's

She has been watching them real closely
She can see your work being done
She is thankful to you right now
Because the battle has just begun

"Thank you for hearing her calling"
And saving her children from falling
There was nothing else she could do
Because all of her faith was in you
