A Vampire's Kiss

A Vampire's Kiss

The sun shall set
Darkness fills the sky
On the night they met
Head in hand;he did cry

Golden locks flowed around her neck
Loving hands took away his tears
His life changed in a sec
A vampire's kiss took away his fears

Within this kiss and embrace
Lust and passion filled their souls
A sudden change went across his face
As his neck wounds filled with blood pools

The man he was had died
He was reborn a soulless man
Never again shall he hide
Until the sun rises again

In science one tries to tell people, in such a way as to be understood by everyone, something that no one ever knew before. But in poetry, it's the exact opposite.

Franz Kafka (1883-1924) Czech writer.
