    Agony

You yell and scream into the night. Your words are like venom to my heart with every strike.

My chest begins to grow tight, oh god I can’t breathe.

I plead with you to stop this insanity of your incest fight. But you continue on even fiercer with each strike.

My chest grows even tighter than before; while my heart is sinking in a lake of fire.

You watch the ripples of your destruction, spread across far and wide. As they fade into the night, I see your face beaming with delight.

While my heart lay in ruins, diseased with agony.  I plead once more screaming NO MORE.

You’re poised position ready to strike, as my chest begins to seize and my body drops to the floor.

My heart has stop and my eyes begin to close. You watch frozen in place, all your feelings now exposed.

I start to drift away into the night, listening to the rush of panic you expressed in these last moments of my life.

To my surprise you sit by my side, holding my hand and realizing I have DIED!
