All I Need is You
We've been there for each other,
Time and time again.
Our love for one another,
We hope will never end.
My life without you,
Every time I try,
Fails to help me,
And I can't do anything but cry.
When I live for you,
Everything feels complete.
Leaving you again,
Would be admitting defeat.
Our families don't want us together.
Why do we care?
Everything for me will be fine,
As long as you are there.
We're as different as day and night,
But we still love each other.
So why are we always in pain,
And why can't we trust another?
Together we can be strong,
I know this to be true.
All you need is me,
And all I need is you.
