    Poem Commentary

    For my family members that make me so angry with their words and their action

    Anger

    Oh how easy we get into anger

    What is anger that so contangious?

    It is a pride that have been touched

    It is the words that have not careful used

    It is the actions that have taken so careless

    It is a reaction within hurtful feeling


    Oh how easy it is to stop and think

    Is it worthed to say it to a friend

    Or co-worker or a family members

    Is it worthed to have speedy heart race

    To our body as well as the others

    And make our soul and mind so tired

    Life is short and that is for sure

    Stay close, be sweet and be dear

    To our love one, and ours and yours

    So we dont be regret one day

    When they are gone and we are so alone

    So please say anger go away

    Thanks for your comment, I feel much better that not just me, I hate that feeling because I felt stuck at my mouth and I could not talk
