    As Easy To Move On

I wish it was as easy for me

    As it was for you

    To move on

    But I miss you

    And I really did care

    Still can’t believe

    You turned out to be

    Nothing special at all

    Just another dead end

    I really thought

    For a brief moment

    You might actually be

    The one

    How wrong I was

You wanted to murder our child

    For your ambitions

You wanted to give up on me

    For your ambitions

    Your “feelings”

    Were nothing but lies

At least that’s the way they feel

    After the fact

    What gets me the most

    Is how easy it was

    For you to move on

    Wow

    You really truly didn’t care

I have no reason to fight for you

To try and save what we had

Cause all I can see now

    Is nothing worth saving

    Nothing I want back

    It was all a lie

    You fooled me

    Shame on me

I won’t make the same mistake again

    It really hurts

    To see your true colors

    I look down upon you

    Tisk tisk

    What a mistake

    What was I thinking

wow that was intense. it was a mixture of anger and sadness all rolled into one. i can tell you put alot of feeling and alot of yourself into that write and that's what makes the best poems. i'm sorry you had to go through something like that. But i find it helps when you put your feelings to paper. Helps give them some clarity.
