    Bated Breath—

    Don’t cling to the tree
    with a timorous hold of
    that girl’s feeling.
    Trepid mix of hungry and bold for
    what lies beyond the
    trajectory of the glide.
    let go instead, just like the
    golden leaf took flight last fall;
    Plunge like a diver from the highest reef
    and let disquietude explode
    like an arrow impaling the pool of
    a million stars; each feathering sprouts of
    new beginnings phrasing strata
    escaping suspense

    as always your pen evokes quickening of heartbeats!

    Poetry is what gets lost in translation.

    Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
