But for you
For so long now I have been alone, that was until I first met you,
As each dawn breaks I see your face your smile now see's me through.
Maybe for you I was just another guy, another one night stand.
But as you slept, I fell in love as I gently kissed your hand.
I don't expect you to understand, but with you I felt alive, please don't ask me why.
My night with you gave my life another chance, and a reason why I should not die.
My mind made up I faced the fact, without love I did not want to live.
You see meeting you has postponed my fate, my selfish thoughts I beg you to forgive.
