    Disciplined heart

Last night I had to discipline my heart…I told it to Sit still and don’t you dare move…you are always trying to go places where you don’t belong…you are going to learn be like other hearts and stay at home…You have not been invited and therefore you will not attend this party… My name is the only one on the invitation…it didn’t say anything about bring your heart…I know it hurts baby, but trusts me, I will love me for this in about a week… Then I realized I didn’t have a baby sitter that I could trust so I stayed at home too. Love the theme!

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
