Don't Cry Now

Don't Cry Now

Don't cry now 'cause you can't see my face
Don't cry now 'cause you can't feel my embrace
Don't cry now 'cause you can't hear my voice
Don't cry now 'cause it's time to rejoice

Remember the good times and lessons learned from the bad
Remember my smile and my heartfelt laugh
Remember the strong woman; always here if you need me
I'm forever in your hearts and that's the best place to be

Remember me for the blessed strength given from the Lord above
'Cause with that strength I was able to show a true mother's love
So dry all your tears 'cause I'm in a better place
And all the loved ones who came before me, I now feel their embrace
And when you close your eyes at night, please say a little prayer
That one day we will meet again, for I am in the best of care

So..........

Don't cry now 'cause you can't see my face
Don't cry now 'cause you can't feel my embrace
Don't cry now 'cause you can't hear my voice
Don't cry now 'cause it's time to rejoice

That was one of the best I ever heard.

This is beautiful. Very emotional.

Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.

Aristotle (384 BC-322 BC) Greek philosopher.
