  • "Its not about waiting for the storm to pass, its about learning to dance in the rain

End, but please don't re-begin

Yet again, someone gets away
With a crime...sexual or rape
But next time will they escape?
What will it take?
In the midst, I feel myself break
I feel so decrepit
All my past left regreted
But these times are so imperative
At the same time, so insidious
By the look of everyone else wanting to be
pretentious

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.

John F. Kennedy (1917-1963) Thirty-fifth President of the USA
