    Health alone is highly important, If health is excellent, Victories we can invent, we can exhibit our talent, If health is present, Life will be cent percent pleasant.

    Health Is True Wealth

     Control your intake of salt

    Monitor also your sugar intake

    To coffee and tea, put a halt

    Take fruits for Heaven-sake

    Exercise will set right body's fault

    Pleasures from bad habits are fake

    Congestion in stomach hinders digestion

    Moderation is required in consumption

    Deliberation before intake helps in prevention

    Your health you must have to maintain

    Or else suddenly it will ditch

    Robust health you can attain

    If to body you inflict no hitch

    Exercise is a pain bringing gain

    It will enrich your health solving hitch.
