    Heartless

    Born heartless,
    not without a heart.
For having one requires it to be used.
At night she hears it beating,
    thriving inside her careless body,
She seems to want to give it attention.
To take notice in its existents,
but I, I told you it was not there.
For a heart that’s pure is rare.
    She wanted there…It was not,
To feel the thumping of something other then pain,
To look at the outer surface and see the sun,
    and not rain.
Have a heart they tell her.
Have a heart? Have a heart they say.
Well, she’s been looking for one her entire life,
Months, years, she still searches today.
    Her heart still stirs.
    Although it’s not there,
    She still has the time,
For a heart is not a heart without some type of care.

She has to have a heart to live-your writing is not factual-needs more truth to it.

It is turth to it because although one has a heart.Metaphoricallyspeaking one could not have a heart and I know this is true for the story is about me. Read between the lines, but you would not understand that.

    wow, wonderful

The true philosopher and the true poet are one, and a beauty, which is truth, and a truth, which is beauty, is the aim of both.

Ralph Waldo Emerson, American Poet (1803-1882)
