Women

Woman, what have we become?
No one opens the doors for us anymore.
They call us sluts, hoes, and bitches,
It’s all about these riches.
It’s all about Sam, Tom, Rick and Tookie,
and oh yeah lets not forget about Pookie.
One day his your baby, your lover, your friend,
All until that shit ends.
This chain last for the rest of your life.
It’ll only change if you make things right.

So tell me, what happen to our women?

Our strong dedicated women,
See the fact is that we look so much for a man’s touch.
We forget all about ourselves,
Who we are, who we want to be,
But the thing is we can’t see,
That we’re not going to get the man we deserve,
portraying the role of miss money hungry hoe.
See a real man wants a woman with goals,
A woman who aims for success,
Not trying to impress,
These same women who have nothing themselves,
Who lost themselves at sixteen,
living in this harass world we call life,

Where are our women?
Our independent women,
Our women who only need a man,
When they truly need their man,
Not passing through man like quicksand,
So while ya’ll out here looking for that multi millionaire,
He’s not look for you,
Your not even there,
No morals, no force
You say, hey, I’ll just go with the flow,
And takes his doe,
He ain’t worth shit anyway,
I can get another man any day,
But what happens when time runs out,
Your body wrinkles,
And your skin drops,
And you’ll be all alone without a doubt.

This is not to offend any women, but encourage women to be the independent women we once battled to be..

I'm not trying to offend you but I'm just being truthful. I gave it a nine. If it was a little more concise it would be john blaze. You have to think about the audience your shooting at. the attention span is going to wander before you reach the climax. But the message is real.

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
