Here and Now
Why do we fight because we know that were right
Over things that we don't really care
And act all obscene and say things we don't mean
Resulting in grief and despair
Why do we fear when trouble is near
And all we want to do is hide
Then when problems are gone and all have moved on
We feel so much better inside
Time takes its toll on the mind and the soul
And you can never get back the past
So why do we wait until it is too late
Then try to do things too fast
The present is here and the future is near
So lets take care of things now
Don't be afraid to take on the day
And express your opinions out loud
