    Hero
    You are strength, honor loyalty
    You protect me even though you don't know me
    You defend my right to freedom with your life
    Selfless, brave, a hero

    Wet, cold, sometimes sleepless
    You keep doing your duty so I can sleep safely
    You are a soldier

    I want to hold you in my arms
    Honor  you with a kiss
    Welcome you home with love and joy
