Love is like drugs once you have it in your reach

It becomes an addiction which will eventually

Make you better or break you slowly into pieces

With every waking moment it controls your mind

But puts your reality in a nonexistent frame

While the drugs consume you.. every emotion feels the same

Such power comes with unbearable burden of heartache

It can destroy you all at once while you continue to lust in vain

Not realizing the one who loves you continues to live in pain

The drugs of love controls your world

With every tender touch, sweet kiss and meaningless fight

Constantly seeking answers but why can you see my addiction is getting stronger

I tried putting a halt to the amount of drugs I need but I can’t do it any longer

I’ve choose to stay in hopes of doubling the amount of ecstasy

With the chance of you realizing we can be broken into pieces within a second

Or fight to create the greatest drug ever known to mankind called….US
