When will you open your eyes
And realize that you can’t deny what you feel anymore
This time around you are not going through a phase
Instead you are fighting your way out of a never ending maze
Putting up walls of denial can last for so long
But tell me something how long can you continue to be so strong
Sometimes your days are restless and long
But through it all, the thought of you erases it all
While she encourages your ability to strive to the moon
But don’t except her to always be the closest star by your side
Because you’ve given up on what your heart wants
So why should she stand by and let your decision take over
And throw my dreams of happiness out the door
Though the moon is always out remember it will not always be a full moon
Similar to you, you will realize one day when it’s too late that you never be complete without me
