    Poem Commentary

    With an open heart and an open mind you can hear God with your eyes shut

    His Word

     Sometimes He speaks so direct that we cannot connect

    to the love that He sends.

    Until we do we will not see through,

    and our hearts will never mend.

    Until we see simplicity and use it in our everyday,

    we will not see the forest for the trees,

    or the sea for it's many curly waves.

    We may never see the sky so blue.

    We may never leave our graves!
