    HOMIE FOR LIFE

You and i are like the waters in the paths that cross over a place called forever
Where only in thieves paradise do you steal my heart and only in reality do you fade away like the tomorrows that i stole from life's hands
the breaths that you take after each smile acknowledging the fact that this heart only beats for you
Once i finally know that there will be another life with your smile and your eyes,
there is no doubt in my mind that he too shall cry the tears that you and i once did the day you only became my homie for life.

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

    Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
