    Horrible Monday

     Pain settles in ma heart
    hands shake as they try to get a grip
    tears try to sneak in ma eyes
    but i refuse to let them flow
    how could a nice day turn so horrid
    why did i have to wake up
    i wish i could sleep
    but deep inside ma heart
    i feel so alone and deserted
    a loneliness that i have not felt in so long
    all i would like to know is when....
