I took a life

I took a life

I went to a man's house and stabbed him with a knife.
Now I've been consumed by guilt because I took a life.
I killed the man because he and I could never get along.
As I wached him die, I learned that what I did was wrong.
This remorse and guilt that I feel won't come to an end.
I'm going to go to the police station and turn myself in.
I robbed his family of a husband and a dad.
When I took his life, it was very evil and bad.
