    I wish you were here
    I wish you were here with me again.
    I wish I could see your face,
    Hear your voice,
    And be with you one more time.

    I never got to say good-bye,
    You went away so quick.
    You were my very best friend,
    And I will always cry from your absence.

    God has you with him in heaven,
    I have you in my memory.
    I shall never forget the good times,
    And I can’t wait to see you again.
