I'll Show You
One word is all I had to say
Everything got thrown away
The past is the past for a reason
To do those things again would be treason
I worked so hard to get this far
You can't change me, no matter who you are
I'll show you that I'm stronger
And I don't need them any longer
I can't seem to tame my mind
I can't seem to leave you behind
But I don't need anyone to make me happy again
All I need is my notebook and pen
