    In the back of My Mind

     Oh my
    what can the matter be
    Do you know?
    Or ask me Why?
    That makes me laugh
    and you'd just cry-

    If you knew the truth.

    If you only knew
    and you didn't mind,
    it would all be cool.

    But that's a dream
    untrue
    So tell you is not
    what I am going to do.

    Instead I'll sit here
        all afloat-

    And listen to a
        heavy note-

    In the back of my mind.

        In the back of my mind,
                 my mind  my mind-
                    In the back of my mind.

    Secrets, young girls have them... I may actually put more poems on here, now that someone read them.

    Poetry comes nearer to vital truth than history.
