    In the club

I sat at the bar with a drink
Like a boxer, in my chest
    The exotic music was pumping

    I nodded my head
    And stomped my feet
    Rocked side to side
    To the music beat

    I felt the vibe
    I looked left and right
    And suddenly i saw her
    Looking right at me

    I smiled and waved
    And gave her a wink
She smiled and nodded her head
    She seemed convinced
    I went over there
    I offered her a drink
    She took it
Our conversation went off in a quint

    We started dancing
    Under the disco ball
    I woke up and stretched
    This was only a dream
    Thats all.

thats real good, and kinda sad that its a dream :(

Poetry is not a turning loose of emotion, but an escape from emotion.

    T. S. Eliot (1888-1965) American-English poet and playwright.
