Insanity, Fly Away
It will be taken away
Like this blood that runs out of me
I feel insane
Can you feel the pain?
See the strain in my eyes
From all these tears hidden inside
And yet through the days
We get lead astray
From the ones who really don't care
Why would they?
They weren't there
My mind is racing through time
Erase these memories of pain inside
And I will confide
In the Lord above
Make this asylum fly away
Like a dove, into today
But do make anew
For the ones we love are very few
Please Lord, make my insanity fly away
My tears of pain are overdue
