Lately I've been thinking about youIts crazy after all this time
But for some odd reason
You stay on my mind.
Ending on bad terms
For all the wrong you did to me
My eyes are wide open
But my heart doesn't seem to see.
My tears leave trails of memories
As they fall from my tired eyes
Of countless loving moments
But also hurt and lies.
Still pondering to this day
What made you give it all up
I guess loving me and sharing my world
was asking for too much.
So I sit here alone
Holding in my arms what good we made
But remembering your gone
Reminds me the way I was played
