    Love comes

Love comes as a thief in the night
    And works in Mysterious ways
It takes a tight hold around your heart
And your head has a far away daze
There's nowhere to run, there's nowhere to hide
When love comes to take you away

Love comes as a storm in the sky
Emotions are as torrents of rain
Stripping away all reason and rhyme
And it seems like you never feel pain
There's nowhere to run, there's nowhere to hide
When love comes to take you away

Love comes as a person so dear
That no matter where you may be
Their thought will be in the front of your mind
And when you close your eyes you will see
There's nowhere to run, there's nowhere to hide
when love comes to take to away

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
