There was a time you weren't there
and I was trapped in a darkness
greiving, cus' life just wasn't fair
bad luck just would not miss
Then you walked in the door
and gave my life new meaning
I knew I couldnt ask for more
Cus' now I have you for leaning
I want you to know this is for you
cus I cant write about anything more
So my thoughts of love will have do
and I know this attempt is very poor
Because words just can't express
the way you occupy every thought
So much that I can hardly even rest
