MIND

What does your heart say when it skps a beat
i've looked into your eyes long enough to see it beats for me
through struggles and trails im not just lucky for you im lucky to be alive
see i was stuck on one thing and you came at the right time
i sure am glad because i was down to my last life line
it's funny because when i don't see you my sun don't shine
i put my stamp on you so now they know you mine
im made of more than what you see baby deep inside is my true passion
but we all victims of time, so why you letting it pass then
i aint a director but i can see you acting
but i yell cut cuz this thang aint lasting
i let it exploded sometimes while others  keep it trapped in
you want to understand me you gotta go in the past man
trial tribulations and horrors is what follows me
on this earth i dont think i'll get peace
atleast not until the day i D-I-E

I would say most feminists will not care for this particular piece as it is very self centered. But from a purely technical point of view pay attention to spelling, changes in verb tense and structure.

Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.

Aristotle (384 BC-322 BC) Greek philosopher.
