    Moonlight Glow

    To scale mighty ramparts
    Beneath the moonlights glow
    To find my love awaiting,
Tis noe length...I wouldst nae go -

For I bask within her beauty,
And I see my lady fair
    Unclasping...of her bodice,
    I wonder...dost I dare?

For though she love me dearly,
    And I...even more so she,
    Tis all done...in shadow,
    And utter secrecy -

And in my arms I hold her,
And her lips...as sweet as wine,
    Art tasted only briefly,
For the sun...doth end our time.

Very nicely worded! I felt like I was there, one instance I'm picturing a knight, the next I'm imagining an ocean with a large beautiful moon...I don't know where the ocean came from, it's just were this poem took me!

From a castle built near the sea. I am honored ye found it to yer likin

The true philosopher and the true poet are one, and a beauty, which is truth, and a truth, which is beauty, is the aim of both.

Ralph Waldo Emerson, American Poet (1803-1882)
