    my star

he draws his curtain and cant help it to gaze at the sun
as it dies out in a pool of blood at a distant horizon,
    numerous feelings of despair linger,
A tear falls and drops to the patched ground bursting open it eager mouth.

Oh the sun is setting with all its joy,he thinks to himself....
As the darkness prevails and covers the earth a thick blanket,
loneliness creeps upon him and crutches disparately at his frozen heart.........
As loneliness continues to touch and tease him with its clumsy fingers
he mutters to himself when will this end,

Just as he is about to fling the curtain closed
A star bright in its majesty shines his way,
And shatters the darkness into million fragments
flickering warmth in his frozen heart,
Banishing all the loneliness within him and he remains without.....
He can not help it but to stand with his mouth agape and gaze at star that
brings warmth to his heart, and lights his world.
Thank you for being this star in my life

and i cherish thee as eagerly as a deer thirsts for water......for this i will but continue to say you dazzle me....amaze me, My star!

    That’s a very warm poem.

In science one tries to tell people, in such a way as to be understood by everyone, something that no one ever knew before. But in poetry, it's the exact opposite.

    Franz Kafka (1883-1924) Czech writer.
