    One Heartless Moment

Like a panther ready to attack a helpless fawn
Breathing heavily, your lungs seems to burst
With tight-clenched fist, your eyes flashed with
    thunder
Dry lips mutedly quivers, your face a pallid
    tremour.

The moment comes when it can't be held
    anymore
All objects within reach came crashing
    to the floor,
Your palm dented my face with tinge of crimson
It bleeds my lips, my heart and soul.

Then reaching for my shoulder, running
    through my nape
It snaps all my tendons, pulling me back
    uncontrolled
I fell on the ground, hit my head on the floor,
Taking me down, down into the pit of
    oblivion.

wounderful poem, keep up the good work i enjoyed reading this thank you.

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
