    Peace

    When the lotus
    blooms

    and the moon
    hovers over
    the sea

    spilling its light
    on the
    waves below,

    a lover’s kiss
    tastes as sweet
    as aged wine,

    and peace wraps
    our world
    like a warm,
    soft blanket;

    if not today,
    I pray it is
    tomorrow.

In science one tries to tell people, in such a way as to be understood by everyone, something that no one ever knew before. But in poetry, it's the exact opposite.

    Franz Kafka (1883-1924) Czech writer.
