    Pinch

How do we end up here, time after time
Searching out pennies, to make one more dime

It won't get you to far, but its all that you got
To try and pull you, from this uncomfortable spot

I open the fridge, and whats left to see
One last cup of milk, two eggs and some tea

One last meal my dear boy, mommy's doing her best
But our financial posistion, has put me to the test

With each passing day, we'll share feelings of love
And it will be the one thing, thats helps us rise above

Someday it'll be better, I just can't tell you when
I pray you stick by me, between now and then

These times don't come often, when they do it is bad
With no positive outlook, it'll make you feel sad

One day at a time, and with each step we take
We will start to improve, on the decisions we make

We cut this one close, but, we'll make it my dear
Moving forth hand in hand, faceing this with no fear

Life will always throw stones, but strenght is a must
Just have faith in our love,it's the one thing you can trust
