In February 2007 Obama made headlines
when he announced his candidacy.
Obama met his wife Michelle in 1988
when he was a summer associate at the
Chicago law firm of
Sidley and Austin. They were married
in 1992 and lived in Kenwood, Chicago,
not Boston.
Their daughter Maila born 1998 and
Sasha born three years later,
Are the daughters of our next
first family
Their lives can't be any greater.
