"THE PALM TREE"

Your tall slender green leaves are breath taking.

Your coconuts are splendid.

I sit and watch with my bare feet on the ground praising you.

Thanking you for your shade and beauty.

You send a wind so refreshing and full of energy.

I can feel it thru every inch of my body.

Your whole being is erect in the air, showing your life source.

It's so very lovely.

I'm engulfed in your powerful energy.

I can see our aura's mixing as one.

I feed off your energy as you feed off mine.

I am now ready to stand up to the most difficult obstacles.

You are the most beautiful Palm Tree, and I thank you for it.

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
