Poem Commentary

I don't know how the heck i came up with this one... and i know its dark

Razors

The day passes by so slow
I think oh how quick this will go
But that didn't turn out quite true..
I never expected that from you.
Never expected to feel
The razors sharp edge.. make the pain heal..
I have this strange feeling.
Like razors down my spine.
I an now singing the anthem of the angels.
Saving the last goodbye.
Saving it for you..
You cant bring me back to life.
As I search my house for my razors.
I come up empty.
How about a knife?
Too dull you say??
Well damn, what a life.
I guess i'll have to wait until day..
I keep holding on to you..
But its just me here to say..
Say the last goodbye..
Sing the anthem of the angels..
and hand over the razor
And walk torwards the light.

In science one tries to tell people, in such a way as to be understood by everyone, something that no one ever knew before. But in poetry, it's the exact opposite.

Franz Kafka (1883-1924) Czech writer.
