    sense of entitlement

    Linked by the hip
    with sense of entitlement
foreign flesh we lay claim to
    control without lent
    at least we deem so
and Merritt its my just due
to Own having, occupy and govern.
Makes us just a whisper, muffled
without true statement weak and feeble
we can't even breath without this
    sense of entitlement.

The true philosopher and the true poet are one, and a beauty, which is truth, and a truth, which is beauty, is the aim of both.

Ralph Waldo Emerson, American Poet (1803-1882)
