Stone Gargoyles

Stone Gargoyles
Stone gargoyles and memories:

Blossoms and razors, and things not so nice
Your eyes are so vacant, your smile leaking ice
We planted hateful roses, in a childs bad dream

Your smile as I loathed you, your candy cane scream
You grinned at the thorns, the ones that we grew
You clapped at the bloodshed
And heart that you slew

I clawed at my gravesite, just to break free
Your maggots, your forked tongue
Your stake right through me

You bought a stone gargoyle
To grow evil's tree
And in your cold stare
I writhe to be free...
