    Sunny's Song

Cotton wool clouds, hide your face from the crowd.
Wearing the smile of a clown, so no one
    knows that you're down.
Nights spent in front of an electric screen,
looking for a way out, in a dream.
There's an angel hiding in the dark,
who's really the angel in your heart.

Cotton wool clouds, hide your face from the inquisitive crowd,
moments in time, captured in rhyme.
A lifetime written on a paper line,
shifting through feelings like old photographs, from the past.
Memories, reflections in your mind, a feeling
that you were born out of time.

Cotton wool clouds, hide your face from the crowd.
You wear the smile of a clown, so no one
    knows that you're down.
Tomorrow is another day, what it will bring nobody knows,
    Maybe the sorrow will disappear,
maybe the tears will no longer flow.
Don't be afraid, happiness doesn't hurt.

Very nice, reminds me lost souls that are behind bars, or just the unhappiness of a happy clown who no one knows how he deeply cries inside.
