    tell him goodbye

You called to say he hurt you again and you couldn't stop cryin , Said he really hurt you bad and and you felt like you were dyin

I listened to you and realized you were in pain , You asked me why he did this to you and if you were the one to blame

I told you it wasn't your fault and that you did nothing wrong , You asked me how you you could love someone that didnt know where they belonged

I tell you we as woman do alot of foolish things , falling in love with the wrong man is one of them and then waiting for a ring

You might love him with all your soul but he doesnt feel the same , Staying with him and trying to make it work is just a pointless game

You wash his clothes and run his bath and even cook his dinner , But at the end of the day when your in bed alone he comes out the winner

Your laying there waiting for him to come home , While he's out doing god knows what and he won't even text your phone

Your playing the love game for keeps while he takes it as a joke , He put the noose around your kneck and now your pulling at the rope

if you would just see that you deserve so much more than what his willing to give , You would be so much happier and really start to live

i am just your friend and can only give advice , but i hope you listen to me before he hurts you thrice

Your a good person and got a big heart and it hurts me to hear you cry , Your holding on to someone who's using you and you should tell him goodbye

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

    Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
