    Tell Me

    Tell me please

One Sunday when I was on my way to my cousins place
I met someone by coincidence and on God's own pace
A green checkered polo shirt matches my green slacks
Why not said my mom as I was then reminded back
Tell me what have I done, please tell me what

Days passed by and months also went
Dreams quite impossible insists to be sent
    Into possibilities and into realities
They come and go with all persistence
What is the reward for all of this insistence?
Tell me why have I done it, please tell me why

I'm here, I'm there. I was here and I was there
We were here and we were there.
We did this one and we did that one
When will I reap all I have done?
Tell me when will it be, please tell me when

I do this because I want to do this
I do this for I know I can do this
I do this when I want to do this
I do this because ill be someone because of this
Tell me where will I do this, please tell me where

Words can express many things indeed many things
Words can damage a thing, indeed damage without repair
Words are only words which I know will never surpass
Words that God revealed as the Good News for us
Tell me how should I do things, please tell me

Actions are not as similar as words
Actions are more powerful than words
Actions can make positive and negative impacts
Actions need to be done in accordance to His plan
Tell me which is it, please tell me which.
