We don’t necessarily have to feel kind
Or like smiling or like lending a hand
To someone in need, but to make the
Choice to do it.

Acting as if we feel the urge to be
Helpful is the next best thing.

To actually wanting to be helpful,
And the results are the same.

Other people are affected in a loving way
By our treatment, and our own
Hearts are changed.

So be kind always.

Say nothing if you can’t say
Something nice.
Listen to the
Voices who are calling to you;
They definitely have messages you need to hear.

Trust that you are in the right
Place to learn what is next on your
List of necessary lessons right now.

Remember that you don’t
Have to do anything alone.

God is always just a
Thought away.
