    THE FRIEND writes/back

When you feel tattered or worn...
It's not I that shall be scorned.
For I have not forgotten the friend in you.
Remember our kiss and how you knew...
It marks a friendship with-in my soul.
As we grow together;grey and old.
Our true friendship will always mend.
I can hold you if you perish or decend...
Ingrained in friendship with-in my heart.
It is you instilled in my thoughts that I start.
Come and walk with me thru the wind or breeze.
I am your and i'm asking you please...
For mountains may wash away ,crumble or fall...
It's our friendship and you that I will call.
I am your soul,as you are my blood and breath
I'm going to love you far pass death...

Good advice ty and God bless

Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.
