The Many Minds of My Thoughts

Poem Commentary

What would happen if you followed every thought?

The Many Minds of My Thoughts

My Mind is full of Thoughts
each Thought with a Mind
each Mind of a different kind
With no control of their fight
no control of thier might
of the power that seams strongest in the night

My Thoughts put their Minds together
they bicker and argue about whether
whether to expand or remain dormant
whether to respect their place or to vent
where these minds of my Thoughts could have went

They have lost there original goal
in all their thinking my Minds have lost thier soul

It was something; something they were looking for
something? something deep within the core
a combination of thought, of mind, of soul
maybe mystical lore
or that ever present answer-less hole

What is it that those Minds are looking for
With extacy they agree, an answer and more
It is! It is! an Idea they were looking for
An Idea is what they're looking for
My Mind is full of Thoughts

so true, our thoughts do have minds of their own all coexisting in our heads, sometimes peacefully they agree, other times its a war zone. I love this

true confidense leads to a clear mind... or mabye not... i am not sure i'll have to get back to you.

Poetry comes nearer to vital truth than history.
