The Rain

The Rain

In an instant, the hair on my arm stands.
Back of my mind i question, "What is a man?"
Many obligations and many privileges have been restored
upon those who grow up to give their life to the Lord.
To walk a mile in a real man's shoes would allow one to see
that God's will has been done through he who is Christ Jesus.
A sweet name. Imagine all of the pain you went through
and give in to the change.
God's grace pours down on the righteous, the just and unjust.
The under appreciated...the one's in the ruff.
I always loved the smell after the rain...because nothings the same.
As violent as it was...that's the definition of change.
The sweet life. To experience a miracle, all you have to do is stand still when it pours.
let your skin feel every drop and remember...you could never have had this experience.
Simple, I know...But we're too complicated.
We gave up perfection and now we hate what it's become.
But without sadness would we ever really pray?
If we prey what would we say?
We wouldn't ask God for the change...THE RAIN.
